The useful part
Stop collecting updates. Start making decisions.
A monitoring tool earns its place when it changes what you do next. Eris uses your own business as the reference for every comparison.
01
See which offer or message moved.
Follow selected website pages, structured pricing evidence, publications, supported hiring activity, technology, leadership and official channels. Important changes appear with a date and source.
Add your website, your market and the topics that matter. Eris shows the selected wording and visible price mentions on both businesses without turning missing data into a made-up score.
No analyst is required. Add the websites once, review what changed and keep only the actions that matter to your business.
STEP 1
Set your reference
Add your own site, market and priorities. Then confirm the competitor that belongs in the comparison.
STEP 2
Watch the evidence
Eris checks on schedule and preserves the last successful result when a public source cannot be reached.
STEP 3
Close the loop
Review the before and after evidence, save the useful next step and record the result later.
Try the product before signing up
One signal. One decision trail.
Open the evidence, compare the offer and save the next step without losing the source that prompted it.

Current page comparison
Are you answering the same customer need?
Your checked page
Boiler installation and annual servicing.
“Emergency repairs” was not seen on the pages checked.
Their checked page
Boiler installation, servicing and emergency repairs.
The selected phrase was seen on this checked page.
Next step: If you offer emergency repairs, check whether your service page explains it clearly. Different wording can cover the same service. This is not a search-ranking measurement.
User-confirmed match
Compare amounts only after matching the terms.
Your boiler service
$120
One service visit, USD, one-off.
Their boiler service
$100
One service visit, USD, one-off.
Your listed amount is $20 higher (20%). In this example the user confirmed the same scope, quantity and tax basis. Tax is excluded; delivery is not applicable.
A difference is context for a decision, not advice to cut your price. Changed source wording requires a new review. Eris does not automatically match products or verify equal quality.
Your next step
Turn the observation into a decision.
Check whether we offer emergency repairs. If we do, make the service details clear on our selected page.
Save the evidence and your next step.
Add an owner name and follow-up date.
Record what changed after you acted.
Demo only. Nothing is added to your account.
A later check can observe the selected phrase on your page. It does not prove a gain in rankings, enquiries or revenue.
This example is fictional. Real findings include source links and collection dates. Email briefs are optional.
What Eris watches today
The public signals that can change your next decision.
Free and Starter basic monitoring runs daily. Pro runs every six hours. Detailed comparisons refresh daily on every plan.
Your pages vs their pages
Compare selected service or product phrases across the pages you choose. See current wording, headings and visible price mentions.
Selected page changes
Spot changed price wording and selected topic phrases after the first successful check, with source URLs and dates.
Confirmed offer comparisons
Choose observed amounts and confirm matching products or services, currency, period, quantity, tax and delivery basis.
Posts and verified news
Follow discovered blog feeds and recent news tied to the company website. Generic name-only matches are excluded.
Hiring and company updates
Monitor available careers listings, website messaging and verified Wikipedia revisions where supported.
Actions and email alerts
Save relevant suggestions, record an owner and follow-up date, and receive eligible priority, daily or weekly briefs.
SEO rankings, Google reviews, Reddit monitoring and automated ad tracking are not currently included. Optional page intelligence is limited to collected public-page evidence. Public sites may block access or require scripts; incomplete checks are clearly marked.
Starter tracks 20 competitor websites and includes 3 detailed comparisons for $9 per month. Pro tracks 50 websites, includes 10 detailed comparisons and checks more often for $29 per month.
Eris shows what was collected, when it was checked and why an action was suggested. Failed checks preserve the last successful result.
Topic matches cover the pages you selected. Price differences depend on the offer terms you confirm. Neither proves search performance, equal product quality or a business result.
No. Add your own website and topics, then confirm a competitor. Your first successful comparison shows current page evidence. Later checks can show changes, with suggestions you can review and save.
What does Eris Agent actually monitor?
Public website and pricing text, company metadata, feeds, news mentions, hiring pages, and Wikipedia revisions where available. Reddit monitoring is currently unavailable. It does not bypass logins or anti-bot restrictions.
Can it compare prices or search rankings?
You can confirm one offer pair per detailed comparison when both pages contain supported amounts. You must check matching terms before Eris calculates the difference. Automatic product matching, search rankings and Google reviews are not included.
Is this AI? Do I need API keys?
No. Eris Agent compares collected observations using fixed rules. There are no prompts, model accounts, AI credits, or required paid data APIs for you to configure.
Will I get email alerts?
Enable priority pricing alerts, daily briefs or weekly monitoring briefs in your workspace. Priority alerts follow completed checks. Emails are off by default; quiet periods produce no email.
What if a source cannot be checked?
You will see an Incomplete label and the available evidence. Failed or partial collections preserve the last successful check rather than generating a false disappearance alert.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Open Billing & support and use the Stripe billing portal to manage renewal. The portal shows when the change takes effect. Contact support if you need help. Refunds are handled separately under the Refund policy.
