Essential session cookie
eris_agent_session authenticates requests to your private workspace. It is HttpOnly, SameSite-protected, and Secure in production. It expires after seven days or is cleared when you sign out. It is necessary for the service you request and is not used for advertising.
Two simple choices
Accept all enables optional Google Analytics and interface preferences. Essential only keeps both off. Neither choice limits access to core features. For separate category controls, use Cookie settings in the footer or the Manage cookie preferences control on this page. No optional analytics loads before permission.
Sign-in verification cookies
eris_agent_oauth temporarily binds a Google sign-in request to your browser. eris_agent_verification binds an email verification request. eris_agent_reset protects password recovery, including the code and new-password steps. These essential, HttpOnly cookies protect sign-in and expire after 10 minutes, or are cleared when the flow finishes. Google may set its own cookies on its sign-in pages.
Your cookie choice
eris_agent_consent is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to six months to remember your choice. It records the policy version, date, and whether optional interface preferences and analytics are allowed. It does not contain your email, password, or monitoring data. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only for the current visit.
Optional interface preferences
If you enable Interface preferences in Cookie settings, Eris Agent can remember the last monitor you opened on this device. This uses eris_agent_ui in local storage. Choosing Essential only or withdrawing permission removes that optional saved preference immediately. The core app continues to work either way.
Optional analytics
If you enable Analytics, Google Analytics (G-JSK83GYKBN) measures page visits and usage across the public site, web app, account pages and CMS. The Google tag loads only after permission. It can set _ga and _ga_* cookies for up to six months, renewed during visits, to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google receives technical information such as browser, device and network information. Advertising features are disabled. Page URLs are sanitized to remove private support tokens, invoice IDs and arbitrary query parameters. We do not send account emails, report content or support messages as analytics fields. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Withdraw analytics permission
Switch Analytics off or choose Essential only in Cookie settings. We disable further analytics collection and clear Google Analytics cookies on this domain. This does not delete data already received by Google. Interface preferences and Analytics can be controlled separately. Existing preference permission does not automatically permit analytics.
Stripe-hosted pages
Checkout and billing management take place on Stripe’s own pages. Stripe has its own cookies, privacy notice, and settings. Your Eris Agent preference does not control that separate service.
Change your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer on any page. You can switch to Essential only at any time without losing access to your account. Your browser also lets you inspect or clear local storage and cookies; clearing the session cookie signs you out.
