Getting started
Create a workspace, add a public homepage, and wait for the first baseline. Your next successful check can show changes. Read the complete How it works guide or explore the interactive sample report before signing up.
My check is queued
Checks run one at a time. Queued means your monitor is waiting; checking means it is collecting sources. You can leave the page. Your workspace updates when you return. A failed check shows an explanation and can be retried with Check now.
Why is a source incomplete?
A site may block requests, require JavaScript, have no discoverable feed, or be temporarily unavailable. Incomplete sources do not generate disappearance alerts. Open Collected source evidence in a report for details. A supported category does not guarantee coverage for every company.
I see no changes
An unchanged report means the usable observations match the baseline. A first report establishes the baseline. Neither proves that nothing changed anywhere on the internet. Check the coverage labels and original sources.
Billing, cancellation & refunds
Manage your subscription from Billing & support. For a payment issue, create a support ticket with the invoice number and an explanation. Do not send full card details, passwords, API keys, or other secrets. Read the Refund policy for the distinction between cancellation and a refund.
I cannot sign in
Email matching is case-insensitive. Use the password you chose; passwords for new accounts need at least 12 characters. If you forgot it, contact support using your account email and keep the private case link. Recovery is handled by staff after ownership checks; the contact form does not automatically reset a password.
Need a person?
Existing customers can open a ticket from Billing & support and read replies there. If you cannot sign in or are considering Eris Agent, use Contact. Your submission is saved to the support inbox and you receive a private case link. No response-time guarantee or automatic reply email is promised.
