Add competitor websites to your private workspace. We check available public sources on the schedule shown in the app. Your first report records a starting point; later reports show what appeared or changed, with previous and current observations, source links, saved history, downloads and in-app support. Email alerts are not included.
Why upgrade?
Upgrade when you need to follow more companies than the free allowance. One monitor follows one company. Starter includes 20 websites checked daily. Pro includes 50 websites checked every 6 hours. Enterprise offers custom allowances and configurable frequency, including hourly checks by agreement. Paying does not guarantee source access. Selected Pro and Enterprise workspaces may join a capped paid-collector pilot for difficult websites; it is not a guaranteed inclusion. Pilot collection runs at most daily per website and stops when its allowance is exhausted. Reddit is unavailable pending approved access.
How billing works
Starter is $9 USD per month for 20 websites checked daily. Pro is $29 USD per month for 50 websites with checks every 6 hours. Existing Growth subscriptions receive the Pro schedule. Enterprise has a custom allowance and quote. Published prices remain visible while checkout is being connected. A plan can only be purchased when its checkout is available. The checkout shows the currency, billing period, total, and any applicable tax before payment. A monthly plan renews monthly; a yearly plan renews yearly. Your allowance updates after Stripe confirms the subscription.
Change or cancel
Open Billing & support, then Manage subscription in Stripe. Where enabled for your plan, you can update payment details, switch plans, or cancel future renewal. The billing portal shows the effective date. If you cannot access it, contact support. Cancellation and refunds are separate; read the Refund policy before purchase.
If your allowance decreases
Your reports are retained. Excess active monitors are paused, and you can choose which monitors stay active within your new allowance. Remove monitors or upgrade before adding beyond your total allowance.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Create a workspace and paste a public company website. Eris Agent handles scheduled collection. Your first check builds a baseline; later reports show changes.
What does Eris Agent actually monitor?
Public website and pricing text, company metadata, feeds, news mentions, hiring pages, and Wikipedia revisions where available. Reddit monitoring is currently unavailable. It does not bypass logins or anti-bot restrictions.
Is this AI? Do I need API keys?
No. Eris Agent compares collected observations using fixed rules. There are no prompts, model accounts, AI credits, or required paid data APIs for you to configure.
Will I get email alerts?
Reports and check status live in your workspace. Email alerts and outbound digests are not included in this version.
What if a source cannot be checked?
You will see an Incomplete label and the available evidence. Failed or partial collections preserve the last usable baseline rather than generating a false disappearance alert.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Open Billing & support and use the Stripe billing portal to manage renewal. The portal shows when the change takes effect. Contact support if you need help. Refunds are handled separately under the Refund policy.
