01 · Create your workspace
Choose Create workspace, use Continue with Google or enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters without spaces, and accept the Terms after reading them. An invitation code is required only when registration is restricted. No payment card is needed for the included allowance.
02 · Add a public website
Paste a homepage such as example.com into Add a competitor and press Start watching. Eris Agent queues the first check immediately. Use a real public website, not a local address, private dashboard, social profile, or page behind a login.
03 · Let the baseline finish
You can keep using the app while it checks sources. Queued means the worker is finishing another check. Checking means collection is in progress. The first report shows a baseline, not changes that happened before you signed up. Source availability can vary.
04 · Read the next change report
Open a monitor. New means an item appeared; Updated includes before/after evidence; Not in this sample means an item was not seen in that successful collection. It is not proof the company deleted something. Incomplete means the source could not be fully checked, not that nothing changed.
05 · Make it a habit
Check your watchlist when you need it, open the original source before making a decision, and download useful reports. Pause monitoring during a break, resume in one action, or check now when you need a fresh sample. Scheduled checks continue while you are away if the service is running: daily on Free and Starter, every 6 hours on Pro, and as agreed on Enterprise. Paid-collector pilots run at most daily.
A useful first watchlist
Start with your three closest competitors. Add their main websites, let one baseline complete, and review again after the next scheduled check. Broader is not always better: a small, relevant watchlist is easier to act on.
